YZ started his career as an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company where he provided strategy and operation consulting service to major global firms and conducted due diligence service for VC/PE firms.

He then joined Evolution Media China, an affiliate of TPG, as an Associate specialized in TMT investments.

He received his bachelor’s degree in political science from Chu Kochen Honors College, Zhejiang University and was graduation student speaker of the college.
