Eugene initially joined SBVA in early 2015 as an investment professional and has served as In-house Counsel since 2019. With understanding of both roles, his synergistic experience enables him to provide strategic and technical support in management decisions, including fund formation, investment structuring, and exit planning.

Before joining SBVA, Eugene worked as in-house counsel at Enswers, then an affiliate of Korea Telecom, where he was involved in divestment M&A transactions, including those of Soompi and Enswers itself.
